The statewide leadership of SEANC’s political action committee, EMPAC, proudly endorses Yvonne Holley for Lieutenant Governor in the 2020 General Election.

Through four terms representing a Wake County district with many state employees and retirees in the N.C. House, Holley has always been an ally of SEANC and working families. She will continue that as this state’s first Black Lt. Governor.

“As a retired state employee and SEANC member, Rep. Holley has a solid understanding of issues important to state employees and retirees,” said Mark Dearmon, Statewide Chairman of EMPAC. “Her four terms in the N.C. House have given her a chance to continue her public service as an elected representative. She will make a great Lieutenant Governor and has earned EMPAC’s endorsement.”
