RALEIGH -- EMPAC, the political action committee of the State Employees Association of North Carolina, today announces its endorsement of Mike Causey for Commissioner of Insurance in the upcoming general election.

During his first term, Causey has shown a willingness to listen to the concerns of his agency’s employees and for SEANC to have a voice at the table. We are confident this will continue in his second term and look forward to building upon the relationship we have developed over the next four years.

“Mike Causey has been incredibly supportive of SEANC’s efforts and has worked with us to make sure his employees are heard,” said Mark Dearmon, EMPAC Statewide Chairman. “When we expressed concerns during the pandemic, he listened intently and took actions to ensure that safety was his top priority.”
