Exclusively designed for SEANC members.
The Aflac Group Disability Advantage plan pays a monthly benefit when a covered member is disabled and unable to work due to injury or sickness. Benefit payments begin after the elimination period and continue through the end of your chosen disability period.

What's Covered
Total Disability Benefit (including Pregnancy)
Pays the full monthly benefit when you are totally disabled and unable to work due to sickness or injury.
Partial Disability Benefit
Pays 50% of the monthly benefit when you're partially disabled and return to work earning less than 80% of base income. Maximum 3-month benefit period.
Mental Illness Limited Benefit
Pays the monthly disability benefit when totally disabled due to a mental illness, up to 90 days per occurrence within a 12-month lifetime maximum.
Pre-Existing Conditions Benefit
During the first 12 months of coverage, pays 50% of the applicable monthly disability benefit for disability due to a pre-existing condition (including pregnancy).
