What do you do for SEANC? I administer the theme park ticket program and maintain data log for the Member Discount Program. I evaluate new member discount agreements and determine approval. When a member has questions or needs assistance with a discount through our discount program or theme park tickets, I am here ready to assist.

How long have you worked for SEANC? Three years

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? Making sure that I have done everything possible to ensure our SEANC members and staff have all their questions answered and understand what has been discussed before the end of the call. I want to make sure I provide great customer service to all.

Tell us about your family: I have been married for 20 years and have three children.

What are your hobbies? Baking cakes, crafting, traveling and playing arcade games.

What is an interesting fact about you that people should know? I collect masks (porcelain, wood, and metal)
