What do you do for SEANC?
I am responsible for member retention and processing delinquencies. When members call to cancel their membership, I talk to them and explain their SEANC membership benefits to try and keep them on as members. I also support the Retiree Council, State Membership and Emerging Leaders Committees.

How long have you worked for SEANC?
I started at SEANC on March 5, 2001, so this is my 20-year anniversary!

What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Talking to members about their SEANC membership and making sure they are utilizing all of their benefits. I want to make sure each member who calls has a positive experience. Pre-COVID, I assisted with membership events and I am looking forward to that in the future.

What are your hobbies?
I love to travel and my favorite place is the Outer Banks. I also enjoy being outdoors, family movie/game nights and just recently started playing golf.

What is an interesting fact about you that people should know?
I have lived in North Carolina my entire life and I can’t imagine living anywhere else! Growing up I wanted to be a Marine Biologist and travel the world, but I am so glad that my path kept me here.
