What We Do
Welcome to the State Employees Association of North Carolina, the South’s leading state employees’ association. We work to gain respect in the legislature for hardworking state employees and valuable retirees who dedicated their careers to state service.
Through our legislative efforts, the Employees' Political Action Committee, and grassroots efforts by you, the member, we work hard to protect and improve your benefits, including pay, healthcare, retirement security, and workplace rights.
Strength, action, and results are the hallmarks of our association. No one knows North Carolina as we do. SEANC members take enormous pride in public service, and we should – after all, we are the state of North Carolina.
