SEANC is committed to protecting your privacy. We maintain the privacy of your information using security technologies, and we adhere to policies that prevent unauthorized use of your personal information.

What personal information does SEANC collect and how is it used?

SEANC collects personal information from you when you join the association and/or SEANC's email alert listserv. This information includes your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number and credit card number (where applicable). The online application and purchases are secure and your information goes directly to the SEANC Central Office.

We may also monitor and track information such as number of visitors to the site and new email subscribers. This information is collected only for internal purposes to improve the design of our Web site and member communications.

The personal information collected is always voluntarily submitted by you. This information is used by SEANC to communicate with you in the future (if you have given your permission for such contact). We keep all personal information entered during registration confidential.

E-mail removals, member profile review and updates

If, for any reason, you would like to be removed from any or all of our email lists, you can unsubscribe by simply clicking on "manage your subscription" at the bottom of any listserv email you receive from SEANC.

Protecting your privacy

As part of our commitment to ensuring the privacy of our visitors, we do not sell or exchange names or any other personally identifiable information about our online visitors and members with, for example, mass marketers.

We also provide personal information to a third party on a completely confidential basis to enable the third party to send email alerts on our behalf.
